Rudy's BBQ
Most of you already know...I'll be tagging along with the Hovii to NYC this weekend. Well, my excuse is going to my god-daughter's 1st b-day and I'm sticking to it.
So my best friend, Wini, wants some Rudy's BBQ. Does anybody know how long they keep and what's the best way to transport it?

Well the Brisket should keep for a while, longer than it will take to travel. It you have one of those soft plastic coolers, that will retain the heat. I think when you order it, if you tell them what you are doing they may package it for you to where it holds best. If not I think a plastic wrap would be good to retain the moisture.

I didn't remember seeing one there last week. And even if they were there, you know you'd be paying something outrageous like $40/lb!

I have a soft plastic thing (Pyrex portables)it comes with a microcore hot pac, you just put this thing in the microwave and then back in the carrier. Keeps food hot for a long time, you can get them a Target
