Reality TV - The Restaurant
With everything that's happening from pre-closing (drama land)-> closing -> HH celebration -> brainstorming -> decision making -> remodeling....lots of beers, we should be on a reality tv show! I think there was already one last year but I think ours is juicier.

there is an audience for everything these days.....I'm sure we could create and produce a reality TV show on two hashers starting up a sushi bar...their trials ans tribulations and drunken nights:)
They had a show about a cafe starting up...but it didn't do so hot....needed more fun charaters. You, my dear, have no shortage of fun watchable people in your life:)
