The Sushi Princess
This weekend I will be task to make (simple) sushi rolls for my god daughter's 1 year b-day party. Now really, does she really want sushi or does mommy want sushi?
I got into a bit of trouble by Nat for not practicing and something about ruining his name. Hee hee. I said I'll try but I never said I know how good I am. As if I ever paid attention to how Nat makes sushi. It's all common sense, right? yeah yeah yeah
This should be interesting. If it turns out good, I'll take some pics.

This morning, Nat gave me a quick lesson on how to roll outside in and inside out. He gave me some eel sauce and some rice vinegar for the rice and 2 matts. I told him, if all else fails, we could go to Costco and get the ready-made. He wasn't happy with me. hee hee
