And you think I can't make sushi

It's a piece of cake...not! It's not Nat perfect but it was the best seller for my god-daughter's birthday party. And to think, I was hung over when I did it.

  • I'd hire your anyday. Acutally..I'd love to learn if you ever had a little time. It's just my favorite thing in the world to eat.

    Once I purchased sticky rice,seaweed, avacado and tuna...let's just say it tasted ok but looked horrible.

  • It's best if you start out with the hard stuff like fugu then, once you've mastered that all the other stuff is a picec of cake!

  • had fugu once in Japan, it was yummy. I also had a sake that had a fugu fin in it, it was a very weird drunk, would like to have some more. Nat is still at Fuji, think we should go do sushi there soon. Damn FM, calling Browneye White Trash, that is a little harsh, there are some people in trailers right now who are offended that you called him that.

  • Fugu is too risky for me. I don't want to put my life in the hands of the sushi chef, not even Nat :-D.
